East Vancouver has one of Canada's largest Nepalese-Canadian communities and a taste for hand-pleated momos that starts on Commercial Drive and runs all the way to Killarney. IndoCave's kitchen at 2887 East Broadway sits at the geographic centre of the east side, so every East Van neighbourhood is inside our 5 km ring.
Everything we make is cooked to order. Wrappers are rolled fresh every shift. Momos are hand-pleated per ticket, then steamed, broth-dropped, wok-tossed or pan-fried depending what you ordered.
