IndoCave is a Vancouver Nepalese & Indo-Chinese takeout kitchen at 2887 East Broadway — the geographic centre of the east side. Our Nepalese menu is built around the momo: thin, hand-pleated wrappers made fresh in-house, stuffed, steamed to order, and finished six different ways.
Momos are the dumpling that defines Nepalese street food. From the hills of Kathmandu to Vancouver's east side, the format is the same — dip, bite, finish in three. We deliver them across every east-side neighbourhood inside our 5 km ring, plus into western Burnaby.
